HCL 5120 Innovating Health Care Through Communication and Patient Engagement
This course will evaluate the changing landscape of patient engagement approaches and models in order to synthesize innovative solutions to helping patients play an effective role in their health care. Students will evaluate and analyze the influence of effective communication. Emphasis it placed on the significance of communication related to patient experience and improved clinical and operational outcomes.
