Focuses on developing the capacity of organizational leaders for strategic thinking. Topics include the conceptual frameworks of strategic thinking as well as practical applications to personal, professional, and organizational leadership. Strategic thinking will be integrated with the broader fields of strategy, strategy making, and strategic planning.
