Time Limits for Enrollment/Completion of the Physician Assistant Program

1. Students that matriculate into the program are required to remain in continual registration until the program has been completed.

2. Students that matriculate and remain enrolled in the program will have a maximum of 31 months or 4 months after the original graduation date for their original cohort. Students may be delayed graduates for the following reasons (reasons are not limited to these):

- A maximum of 3 failed clinical rotations following a meeting with the program's Promotions, Retention and Disciplinary Committee for each failed clinical rotation and receiving approval for the opportunity to remediate and reassess the failed clinical rotation(s)

- A failed program Exit Summative Evaluation Experience which will result in a meeting with the program's Promotions, Retention and Disciplinary Committee and receiving approval for an opportunity for remediation and reassessment

- Non-Academic reasons such as medical or personal reasons following requesting a meeting with the program's Promotions, Retention and Disciplinary Committee and receiving an approval for request
