Religious Studies BA

While the Religious Studies major does not meet all of the educational requirements for ordination in the Church of the Nazarene, it does provide the core of biblical, theological and historical courses required. The Religious Studies major requires a second major in a field outside the Millard Reed School of Theology and Christian Ministry. A student who transfers to the Millard Reed School of Theology and Christian Ministry with 60 hours of academic credit or more, either from within the University or from outside the University, may petition the Millard Reed School of Theology and Christian Ministry for an exception to the second major requirement.
