EXS 6020 Applied Exercise Physiology
A study of the acute and chronic physiological effects of exercise on the human body. Maintaining homeostasis and steady state during exercise as it relates to the following physiological systems: respiratory, cardiovascular, biomechanical, neuromuscular, and gastrointestinal. Analyzation the effects of external factors and their response to the ability to maintain homeostasis and steady state in the human body will be included.
