HCL 5150 Innovating Health Care Through Communication and Patient Engagement
This course will evaluate the changing landscape of patient engagement approaches and models to synthesize innovative solutions to help patients play an influential role in their health care. Students will assess and analyze the influence of effective communication. Emphasis is on the significance of communication related to patient experience and improved clinical and operational outcomes.
