Freshman Admission

High school seniors and high school graduates who have never before attended college full-time should apply for freshman admission to Trevecca.

  1. Complete the free online degree-seeking application for traditional undergraduate admissions.*
  2. Include a separate resume of honors, awards, and activities for grades 9-12 with the application if more space is needed than available on the application.
  3. Request that an official transcript be sent from the high school directly to Trevecca Nazarene University. Any college credit courses (i.e. dual enrollment or any other concurrent credit completed in high school) must also be reported. Request that all college transcripts correlated to college credits earned while in high school be sent directly to Trevecca Nazarene University.
  4. Request that score reports from the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or the American College Test (ACT) be sent to Trevecca. Trevecca’s ACT code is 4016. The SAT code for Trevecca is 1809.**

*All applicants who will not turn 18 before the end of their first semester as an enrolled student with the University, must complete an interview with the Admissions Committee. This is a requirement for the admission of minors.

**Due to COVID-19, Trevecca Nazarene University transitioned to a test-optional admission policy for ACT/SAT scores based on a student’s high school GPA. This temporary change in policy has been approved for upcoming entry terms as the University continues to monitor retention data and student success.
