Studies in Education BA or BS (non-teaching)
Students may earn the current education degree of BS Studies in Education by completing one of the already established education curriculum programs:
• BS in Interdisciplinary Studies Elementary Education (K-5) & ESL
• BS in Special Education Interventionist (K-8) & ESL
excluding the Student Teaching Seminar, edTPA Seminar, and Student Teaching courses
Requirements
FE includes a Field Experience
Proof of Liability ($1 million) required annually
The courses are the same as those for the current education programs [Interdisciplinary Studies Elementary Education (K-5) & ESL and Special Education Interventionist (K-8) & ESL] with the exception of EDU 4730, EDU 4600, and EDU 4640.”
