MOL 6310 Inclusive Leadership

This course aims to prepare students to be proactive and thoughtful leaders and team members in diverse and inclusive workplaces. This course examines the knowledge and skills needed to understand that inclusive leadership influenced by a Christian ethos creates organizational growth and fosters employee belonging and engagement. Students will explore the critical roles of both leaders and followers within the context of multigenerational workforces and diverse organizational cultures. Contemporary theories and practices that promote inclusivity in leadership and effective followership will be analyzed. The course covers key topics such as emotional intelligence, intergenerational communication, and strategies for fostering an inclusive environment.
