INT 1055 College Algebra
A brief review of concepts of algebra followed by a study of equations and inequalities; polynomial and rational functions and their graphs; solutions to polynomial equations; exponential and logarithmic functions; and systems of equations and inequalities. STEM majors who have a Math ACT score of 18-19 may take INT-0961 Intermediate Algebra Lab (!) concurrently while taking INT-1055 College Algebra. College Algebra does not satisfy the general education mathematics requirement.
