ITI 4120 Applied Usability Research

Customers, growth, and sales are the lifeblood of any business. During this course, students perform critical analysis on business needs and customer needs in order to define and articulate usability problems that hinder growth and retention. Students evaluate existing pain points for business in order to define their deficiencies in order to implement a plan to increase usability and customer engagement.
