BUS 2360 Health Delivery and Care Management Strategies

This course introduces students to various health delivery models and examines different care management strategies to meet individual patients' needs and the needs of specified patient populations. Students will also determine the best approach in medication management, coordination and care planning, risk stratification, and patient education to obtain the best health outcomes.
