EDU 7312 Legal Foundations & Policies in Instructional Leadership

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the legal principles and policies that impact educational institutions and instructional leadership. Students will examine key legal issues, including constitutional rights, equity in education, special education law, and employment law as they pertain to schools.
