EDU 7313 Inclusive Leadership & Cultural Competence
This course explores the principles and practices of inclusive leadership and cultural competence within educational settings. Students will examine the impact of diversity on teaching and learning and develop strategies to create inclusive environments that support all students. Topics include understanding cultural identities, addressing biases, promoting equity, and implementing culturally responsive teaching practices.
