All businesses and organizations require leadership, and everyone is involved in the process whether primary leader, part of a leadership team, or stakeholder in the organization. There are principles of leadership that lead to the direction an organization takes and its growth and life. This course identifies and explores the leadership principles unique to the commercial musician.
