MCM 3400 Live Media Production
Designed to introduce the art and science of live sound reinforcement, this course enables students to understand how to configure various components of a sound system to amplify an ensemble of musicians as well as public orators in both indoor and outdoor settings. Topics to be covered include the various types of microphones employed in live sound, the basics of how microphones are used in live applications as well as techniques used to eliminate feedback.
