Health Services
The Trevecca Clinic is located on the ground floor of Georgia Hall and is open 8am-4pm Monday through Friday during Fall & Spring semesters and 8am-noon Monday through Friday for the Summer semester. The clinic is staffed by board-certified physician assistants and can provide preventative care, treatment for minor illnesses & injuries, and administer injectable medications (including allergy shots) with written instructions from the prescribing provider. Clinic services are available to all Trevecca students, faculty, and staff. Most in-house Clinic services are free of charge; ancillary services (lab testing, imaging, etc.) are not free but may be billed to a patient’s health insurance. The Clinic may assist in securing private referrals with outside medical providers for the University community. To maintain the health and safety of the University, patients are required to schedule an appointment prior to being seen. Appointments can be made at https://trevecca.studenthealthportal.com, by emailing clinic@trevecca.edu or by calling 615-248-1261. At this time, no walk-in visits will be accepted. Please note that Clinic hours may vary on scheduled holidays & breaks. More information can be found on the Clinic SharePoint site at https://trevecca.sharepoint.com/sites/TreveccaClinic.
TimelyCare is also available to all students free of charge and may be accessed 24/7 anywhere in the United States at www.timelycare.com/trevecca. TimelyCare provides both scheduled & on-demand telehealth services, including writing prescriptions and providing excuse notes as medically indicated. Other TimelyCare services include counseling, psychiatric services, and health coaching.
