MCM 3390 Music Leadership: Managing for Creativity, Innovation and Collaboration

This course identifies and explores leadership principles unique to the field of music. Emphasis is given to the music leader’s responsibility to build team, identify strategic leadership roles in the music industry, cultivate communication skill, develop short- and long-term strategy, resolve conflict and to always function as a music professional. A capstone project to be included in the student’s portfolio is required.
