MCM 4020 Arranging for the Recording Studio
Students learn the basics of studio arranging technique as applied to various pop-music genre. Special attention is given to developing arranging technique for rhythm sections, small instrumental or vocal groups and the large choir and orchestra ensemble, all within the recording studio environment. Students complete a major arranging project for performance presentation in an end of the semester recording session.
