Athletic Programs

Trevecca's athletic program is divided into two areas: intercollegiate sports and intramural activities. Additionally students have access the Wellness Center located in Moore Building and to outdoor facilities such as lighted tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball, and a walking track. The baseball, softball, soccer and turf fields are reserved for intercollegiate and intramural competition and may be reserved through the athletic office in Moore Bldg. 

  1. Intercollegiate Program

    Intercollegiate athletics were formally started at Trevecca in the winter of 1968-69 with the completion of the Moore Physical Education Center.

    Men's Programs: Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Golf, Soccer, Track (Indoor/Outdoor)

    Women's Programs: Basketball, Cheer, Cross Country, Golf, Soccer, Softball, Stunt, Track (Indoor/Outdoor), Volleyball

    The intercollegiate athletic program is under the supervision of the CFO, and the Intercollegiate Athletic Committee (composed of faculty, administrators, alumni, and students) and is administered by the director of intercollegiate athletics. Trevecca is a member of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) Division II and competes in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC).

  2. Intramural Program

    A full program of intramural activities is provided under the administrative supervision of the Director of Student Life and Coordinator for Campus Recreation. Sports included in the intramural program are ultimate frisbee, flag football, basketball, sand and indoor volleyball, softball, soccer, and dodgeball.
