Health Services

The Trevecca clinic is located on the lower level of Georgia Hall (entrance on the back side of the residence hall ). Clinic services are available to students and employees at no cost.  There may be charges for outside services such as; pharmacy, lab, and imaging centers.  Through student health services the University furnishes allergy shots and treatment of minor illnesses. Physician assistant services are available by appointment. Please call the clinic for an appointment at 615-248-1261.

It is very important that you provide your own health insurance coverage, either as part of your parent's policy or through an individual policy. Medical care centers will expect proof of insurance coverage or payment at the time of service.  If you need insurance coverage, insurance carrier brochures are available in the Center for Student Development for your consideration.

The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-noon and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Clinic personnel will not be on call after hours. The clinic staff will make appropriate doctor and dental referrals during office hours. In case of emergencies after 4:00 p.m. and on weekends, please notify your resident director, and he/she will refer you for necessary consultation.

TimelyCare will be available 24/7 - 365 for all students at no cost for telehealth and teletherapy services.  Students can register for this free service at www.timelycare.com/trevecca
