Disability Services
Institutions of Higher Education are governed by two laws that deal with students with disabilities - the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Trevecca Nazarene University strives to be an inclusive community for all students with equal access to education as the governing principal. Accommodations are available to provide reasonable access to Trevecca's facilities, academics, and programs. Students seeking accommodations for any type of disability (including students with special dietary needs requested by a physician) are encouraged to contact the coordinator of student disability services in the Center for Student Development, located in Bud Robinson, for information concerning the documentation of a disability and the procedure for implementing accommodations.
